hi guys its kotomichann! it's been a long time i know alright sobefore we start the actual video i want to do a bit of a disclaimer using mytrusting clipboard here so that i don't get hit with some sort of copywriterstuff- law stuff. um alright so disclaimer as far as i'm aware of i am the creatorof this program no one on youtube that i have seen hasmade this sort of program and presented it in the fashion in which i ampresenting it. all right if you as an individual are mimicking my program
please take into seriousconsideration that my body and your body are very different please treat it as such don't go beyond your limits your serious limits i'm not responsible if you should enjoyyourself in any way while following this program i am not i am not a professional i simply wish to find a fun and easierway to lose weight and get fit
all right basically whenever i sayeasier it's basically an illusion because mostweight loss things want you to watch your diet and make you want to countyour calories and all that jazz not with this program if you love i'veexercise you're probably going to love thisprogram if you hate exercise then you're probably going to hate thisprogram a little bit and i do not like you um but yeah alright so this program is called stbdstands for summer time beat drop it
doesn't really explain much about whatthis whole program is about i'll get to that its focus or it's a weight loss program / fitnessprogram if you're already living a healthy lifestyle then you'll probably get stronger ormore fit and you probably won't lose that much weight but if you're like meand you live a unhealthy lifestyle and you know it then hopefully we'll losesome weight i believe we will a pretty confident in thatbut um alright so the focus for this program is exercise
basically all you will be doing isexercised in some way shape or form you'll be exercising like crazy ok another focus is physical fitness andhabitat adjustment in the video that i will send out right after this one it will go into depth of what i mean byhabit adjustment um my health goals include losing weightgetting fit or in shape stronger such and learning to consume foods for energyefficiency what i mean by that a lot of people lookat me and they're like what are you what
do you mean by that what is that ok what i mean by what imean by foods consuming foods for their energy efficiency i mean like let me just give you anexample ok let's say you're at lunch or out toeat you know and you've got to choosebetween like a really heavy pasta dish or a nice light salad okay um here's the thing i'm big pasta loverso naturally i'd go over to the pasta
but that thing unfortunately has in my experiencereally really poor energy efficiency all right picture this way you have both of these two items bothlook pretty darn good you're leaning more this way towards thepasta you have to work out four hours after youeat which one of those is going to give youenough of an energy boost to where you live through all those four hoursprobably the salad because it's light it
digests easier and basically gives youmore energy and doesn't make you feel sluggish so that's why i mean by using energyefficiency and this in a way learning this isforced in a undermined way because you're eating so that you can have abetter workout, and now for where i got my inspiration from there was this videothat buzzfeed came out with called i trained like a kpop star for a week i saw that and i was like wow that lookslike a lot of fun looks really intense i'm going to makethis into a workout
so basically from that you can alreadyguess that the basis for all of this is k-pop for those of you who don't know whatkpop is it's fine but i'm going to tell kpop is korean pop okay it's it's amazing it's awesome it's it's really it's you should youshould get into it it's four against in my opinion it's better than american bobjust my opinion though we're allowed to express opinions on here all right anyway
alright so basically i have one weekseven days to learn one kpop dance you can some people would think oh oneweek day long time someone it all depends on how difficult the songis and most of the k-pop groups i'm aware of performing groups ignore the plane um mostly ones that iwill be doing obviously well-being groups are asking tommy john how he'llbe able to pull off a group i won't i will be shadowing one individual out ofthat group it's crazy it's confusing but you'll getit once you see the seven-day video also
at the end of this video i will beposting a screenshot of the individual that i will be mimicking so that you cango look for that video yourself all right the song in which i will belearning the dance to and them you know performing is super is devil by superjunior they're great group should go check themout this is not a paid program i just really like their group so keepin mind i did not look at the english translation of lyrics so if they're a little weird oh well soi'm going to say on them
alright i will also have to do dailyvlogs so every day you will see my beautifulface up on here on youtube somewhere somebody's feed you'll see me this be like oh wow thisis absolute killing me this is absolutely killing me or this isabsolutely awesome you know stuff like that um also i willbe having scheduled wake up x which range from about 8 am-2 about 10am sonarrows down my sleep in time it's wonderful and
by the way what i mean by daily vlogs that means i will be recording a vlogand then probably like an hour or so later you'll see me pop up on you tubedaily vlogs every day i have to upload i have to take and upload d so wheneveryou see my bright and shining face the morning you'll know that i just did it so where you'll know that i just took avideo so yeah it moving on there are three workouts 3 workout times aside from learning the dance
they are completely unrelated to thedance for the most part except for maybe some moves that i think that i'm goingto struggle with i will be incorporating that into my work out somehow to makethat move cleaner they're small workouts them like 55different things / workout and they're not they're not intense ok they're just semi light workouts onein the morning one in the afternoon and one in the evening i will be postingthem down in the description box if something changes it changes and i'lllet you know in each state law get changed
these workouts focus on cardio andstrength training if there's a different 1i don't knowwhat it is but that's mainly what we're focusing on and already went over that sorry this is a little bit of all overthe place um also i will be eating at least threemeals a day that means breakfast lunch dinner it's only gonna be a little bit of achange because i don't eat breakfast all the time but i will be starting to pickthat up look at that marty learn i can cook likea box
not really can cook eggs i don't know if i said this already butum food is tracked meaning i write down what i eat calories are not tracked calories are apain in the butt to guess on so i just decided not to guess on it because theyare deceiving some are empty some are actual things soi can't really rely on them much um i'm just basically going to belooking at food and saying is that healthy or is it not healthy if it's notprobably not going to help me much all right another thing is that you seethis giant bottle it's called human
water what i've labeled it a smart waterbottle ignore it i work that out later this is not gonnabe filled with smart water i just like the bottle because be okayby drink two of these i will have filled the daily recommendedvalue of water intake per game ok it's pretty cool i have to drink one of these a day ithink i've already sent that all right here's where stuff gets interesting alright so on the seventh day on thefinal day of the week challenge i will
record myself with a camera a bettercamera than this this is my laptop camera everyone say hito my laptop all right but i will be recording myselfdancing with music and i will be uploading it so y'all get to see the final product ofcourse if i receive at least 25 plus likes onthe only first maybe second and video on the seventh day video then i willcontinue the series and you'll get to watch me suffer and maybe lose weight atthe same time it could go from kpop this month to j-pop next month or it could beall kpop if you'll have if you all have
