hey bombshells, so you saw my before and afterphotos now i want to show you a bit of before and after video. i think i’m 137 pounds,something like that. and i feel great. i’m still the leanest i’ve ever been, i’mstill eating the same as i have been. good morning bombshells. it is a beautiful,very sunny day in barbados and…. yeah. so you’ve seen my before you’ve seen myafter. i actually want to tell you why i think beforeand afters are kinda bull****. the whole concept is a bit bizarre because there's never reallyan after. specifically, the promotional types of before and afters that you might see ina magazine. i want you to know that a lot of those photos are orchestrated so meticulously-the lighting, the angle, the posture, the
expression on the person's face, what theyare actually wearing and what size it is. sometimes in the before photo you're actuallyseeing something that's a couple of sizes too small for the person. of course, somephotos are more unflattering than others and that's just the reality of it. others havedone it- a before and after in the same day an hour apart. i'm sure that i could probablydo the same thing. you stand up a little bit differently, you change the lighting, youchange the makeup, you change the outfit and everything is all of a sudden different. nowwhy am i telling you this after i just shared my before and after photos or videos is thereis no after. this is a non-stop journey. if i've learned anything it's that once you committo change and once you feel your body and
yourself transforming and you feel what it'slike to give your body the nourishment that it so badly deserves and needs, you won'tgo back. but it does take a commitment in terms of redesigning your life, in reassessingyour priorities, because of course there's only so many hours in the day so without makingit a top priority to change your ways, to go against the norm, to do something a littlebit different than the way everyone else is doing it and experiment with yourself. sono matter what your way of eating is, you could benefit from eating more plants. soi personally have a major sweet tooth so i eat a ton of fruit, a lot of vegetables aswell but predominantly carbs so whether it's grains, or starchy vegetables, or high-caloriefruits like dates and bananas. i eat a lot
of mangoes, a lot of oranges- any tropicalfruit that i can get my hands on, when it's ripe- oh! i hope that you can see that i amin no way on a diet, i am in no way limiting myself, or restricting anything. i am livingthe most abundantly i ever have and it feels fantastic. so in my next video i want to showyou where i personally have drawn inspiration but there a million different things and resources,people to follow, books to read. so in my next video i'll share some of my personalinspiration but there is inspiration all around. so start with one meal, or one day, or oneweek that's plant-based or vegan, or prepare one vegetable that you like in some new way.so hopefully you seeing me regularly via youtube will be that 'after' long-term testament.don't forget to subscribe to my channel and
