hey are you crossfitting there? huh? no... i'm doing front squats. yeah, isn't that crossfit? no... front squats have been around long,long before crossfit. well, that is a crossfit exercise... justlike those ones where you pull the bar from the floor to over your head. that is crossfitstuff dude! no, again, i think you're talking about cleanand jerks and snatches, those are olympic lifts. they too have been around long, longbefore crossfit. why are you so obsessed with crossfit anyway?

i'm trying to get ripped! oh... you look like you're strong and in good shape.so you don't do crossfit? no, its not for me. i mean, i don't have aproblem with anyone who wants to do it... why not? i think people confuse crossfit with training.crossfit is a sport, what i do is train. two different concepts. so, you think i should not do it? go for it man. if you enjoy it, do it. justmake sure you find a good coach to teach you

the lifts correctly... crossfit is notoriousfor these weekend warrior so called experts. what are your goals? to lose weight. well, you can definitely accomplish that withdoing crossfit, but there are many other ways to accomplish that same goal too. i see... so what do you do? eat to fulfill my goals and train the compoundlifts using periodization. periodization? what is that? it is just a method of training to encompassmany variables through out a training cycle.

most people venture into it after followinglinear progression type templates. wow... i have a lot to learn. yes, yes you do. however, you don't have tomake it complicated. what should i do then? just lift man, find you a solid beginnersprogram with conditioning worked in there throughout the week... or check out crossfit. thanks man... i'll do some reading online... no problem. best of luck.
